He was predeceased by: his parents, Marie C. Horlacher (Stitzel) and David E. Horlacher; and his uncle Stephen Horlacher. He is survived by: his wife Ruth E. Conard; his stepmother Deb Horlacher of Westford, Mass; his children, Kyle Horlacher of Lewisburg, Tim Horlacher (Maryssa) of Selinsgrove and Sarah Clemens (Jon) of New Columbia; his siblings, David Horlacher (Barb) of Richmond, Vir., Dianne Showers (Rick) of Lebanon and Carol Rini (Frank) of Albany, NY; and his grandchildren, Raelyn, Serena, Dakota Clemens, Dorothy, Kallen, Delilah Horlacher, Leona and Laurence Horlacher.
The family will provide the flowers and suggests memorial contributions in Kevin's name be made to Adapt Ability Inc., an organization to help provide bicycles to those with special needs, at http://www.adaptabilitybike.org.
