With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Kathryn Viola Young of Milton, Pennsylvania, born in Mifflinburg, Pennsylvania, who passed away on December 27, 2021 at the age of 98. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Norman Brown and Dorothy Brown (Bingaman); her husband Giles W. Young; her siblings, Carl Brown, Caroline Keefer and Ruth Brown; and her sons-in-law, Clark Yost and Paul Strohecker.

She is survived by: her daughters, Kathy Yost of Lewisburg and Shirley Strohecker of Lewisburg. She is also survived by six grandchildren, five great-grandchildren and four great-great-grandchildren.
