She was predeceased by: her parents, Jesse J. Frederick and Dorothy Frederick (Rearick); her husband Robert L. Guffey; her stepfather Don Sampsell; and her brother Jesse Frederick.
She is survived by: her children, Terry R. Guffey of New Columbia, Bradley S. and Tonia Guffey of Lewisburg; her children-in-law, Barry F. and Lisa Guffey of Milton; her children, Christine A. Nickey of Milton, Tracie L. and Dennis Keifer of Milton; her children-in-law, Wendy S. and Harry Eddy of Milton; her sister-in-law Marlin (Joyce Frederick); her sister JoAnn; and her siblings-in-law, Jack Speece of Lewisburg and Doris Frederick of New Columbia. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 32 great grandchildren and one great great grandson that is due in March, one brother.
Visitation was held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Dale Ranck Cremation & Funeral Care (125 N Front St, Milton, PA 17847). A celebration of life was held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the White Deer Cemetery.
