He is survived by: his wife Crystal; his daughter Jennifer Smith of Milton; his siblings, Clark of Berwick, Walter of Massachusetts, Daniel of Montandon, Dale of Turbotville, Merrill of Mount Carmel, Kenny of Williamsport, Margaret Moore of Trevorton, Ann Hassinger of Virginia and Liz Reynolds of Alabama; and his stepchildren, John Faubion, Jr. of Milton and Jennifer Sue Faubion of Georgia. He is also survived by six grandchildren; and one great grandchild.
