It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Howard M. Noaker (Milton, Pennsylvania), who passed away on October 29, 2019, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard E. Noaker and Elsie E. Noaker (Turner). He is survived by: his children, Ann M. Johnson (Keith) of Monroe, MI and Robert A. Noaker (Penny Williams) of Milton; and his siblings, Richard Noaker of Milton and Nancy Weikel of Lewisburg. He is also survived by four grandchildren; three great grandchildren.
