He was predeceased by: his parents, Herald D. Sr. Keiser and Lulu Keiser (Herald). He is survived by: his wife Mary C. "Teena" Ludwig; his children, Mary L. Deck of Milton and Christopher H. Keiser of Milton; and his grandsons, Jarrod M. Deck of Mechanicsburg, Jeremy R. Deck of Carlisle, Justin M. Deck of Colorado and Joshua D. Deck of Carlisle.

In lieu of flowers donations are requested to Susquehanna Home Health Hospice 1100 Grampian Blvd. Williamsport, PA 17701.
