He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Marks and Mary Jane Marks (King); his wife Evelyn Ann Stevenson; and his siblings, Grant Marks, Melvin Marks, Clint Marks, Leona Stahl, Sarah Smith, Hilda Herman, Gladys Kratzer, Blanche Brown and Velda Marks.
He is survived by: his sister Faylene Smith of New Columbia. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
