She was predeceased by: her parents, George Fox and Martha Fox (Smeltz); her husband William Baker Sr.; and her siblings, Carl Fox, David Fox, Marthina Dewald and Rose Cotner.
She is survived by: her children, Barbara (Prathip Sawangjang) and William Jr. (Billie Jo Baker); her grandchildren, Pralisa Sawangjang, Pracolby Sawangjang and Stanley William Baker; and her siblings, George Fox of Danville, Dennis Fox of Buckhorn, Roger Fox of Sunbury, Shirley Rebe of Williamsport, Kathy Cotner of South Carolina and Carol Widger of Catawissa. She is also survived by five great grandchildren.
She loved to make blankets for family, friends, and especially to donate to churches throughout the US and Dominican Republic.
