He is survived by: his wife Bonnie Bobb; his grandson Jared Rute; his great grandchild Greyson Rute; and his sisters, Bonnie Miller of Milton, Tena (Bob Gift), Patti (Bob Schmieder) and Clara Rute of Kentucky.
