He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray N. Confer and Frances Confer (Yeagle); his daughter-in-law Marie Confer; and his sister Helen Smith. He is survived by: his wife Linda L. Foust; his children, Kevin E. Confer of Drums, PA and Brenda L. Fox (David) of Stamford, NY; his grandson Jeffrey Fox of Syracuse, NY; his great grandchildren, Aidan and Alaina Fox of Syracuse, NY; and his sister Mary Anna Zeyn of West Milton.
