She was predeceased by: her parents, Willard Allen and Esther Allen (Rearick); her husband Richard W. Waltman; and her brothers, Richard, Bob, Will, Fred and Dave.
She is survived by: her daughter Crystal Lilley (John) of West Milton; her grandsons, Dillian Lilley (Dessa Lilley), Matthew Vanatta and Dakota Vanatta; and her siblings, Steve, Roger, Rose, Shirley, Gloria, Barbara and Alice. She is also survived by five great grandchildren.
