We are sad to announce that on September 7, 2019, at the age of 86, Donald L. Phillips Sr. (Milton, Pennsylvania), born in Watsontown, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Phillips and Mabel Phillips; his wife Edith Ann Hassinger; his son Dustin Phillips; and his siblings, Raymond and Betty.

He is survived by: his children, Daniel Phillips of Dewart, Donald L. Phillips Jr. of Mount Carmel, Kandace Thomas (Hal) of Danville, Stephanie Phillips of Milton and Stephen Phillips of Florida; his stepson Marlin Bastian of Watsontown; and his grandchildren, Chris Phillips (Tammy) and Chad Divler.
