He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Donald Kelchner and Lucille Kelchner (Catherman); his daughter Heather Nicole; his wife Shirley Kelchner (Beinlich); his children, Ryan Kelchner (Betsy) and Lindsay Norvick (Brian); his siblings, Jeffrey Kelchner (Beth), Catherine Schuyler (Thomas), Debra Shafer (Gary), Andrea McGee and Pamela Williamson (Dennis); and his grandchildren, Emma, Owen Norvick, Paisley and Beckett Kelchner.
