He was predeceased by: his parents, George D. Ketchem and Martha Ketchem (Heddings); his wife Nancy Ketchem (Phillips); his son James Warren; and his grandson Craig Funk.

He is survived by: his daughter Debra Shultz (Roy) of Milton; and his grandchildren, James Bastian, Lisa Hardy, Josh Warren and Christy Warren. He is also survived by 10 great grandchildren.
