She was predeceased by: her son Chad R. Sampsell. She is survived by: her parents, Glenn Embeck and Barbara Embeck (King); her daughter Courtney L. Sampsell of Mifflinburg; and her siblings, Mark S. Embeck (Barbara) of Dauphin, Pamela Embeck of Milton and Lori Embeck of Milton.
