He was predeceased by: his parents, Cloyd A. Mumper and Beatrice M. Mumper (Benner); and his siblings, Neil, Arthur and Gail Hess.
He is survived by: his wife Dorothy S. Eberly; his children, David L. Mumper Jr. (Sheryl) of Crown Point, IN, Wendy Hall of Sunbury and Wanda Mumper of Selinsgrove; his grandchildren, Sara Hall, Krysta Sams (Shane), Rachel, Daniel, Amanda and Megan; his siblings, Herbet Mumper (Nancy) of Jamison, PA and Nina Fidler of Phillipsburg, NJ; and his nieces and nephews, Neil, Jeffrey, Elliot, Steven, Richard, Mark, Raymond, Rodney, Scott, Harold Jr., Brian, Marsha, Michelle and Crystal.
