He was predeceased by: his parents, Norman H. Day and H. Marie Day (Flora); and his sisters, Sandra Craig and Norma Baxter. He is survived by: his former wife Karen A. Witowski; his sons, Charles N. Day (Milton) and Daniel A. Day, Jr.; his wife Alison; his daughter Debra A.; his sons-in-law, Mark Honeychurch and Milton; his daughter Tammy E.; his grandchildren, Vince Day, Brittany Day, Skyler Kostura and Markus Kostura; his stepgranddaughters, Hayley Honeychurch and Rochelle Hetrick; and his siblings, Roy R. Day, Harry O. Day (Donna), Patty A. Hilkert (James), Diana L. Hilkert (Stanley) and Kris A. Yeich (Kenny).
In lieu of flowers, the family suggest contributions in Danny's memory be made to a charity of one's choice.
