She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Evelyn F. Smith (Glass) of Milton and Francis J. Smith; her husband Gregory Strout; her children, Jeffrey Diggan (Mindy) of Milton, Eric Diggan (Amy) of Sinking Spring and Michele Rishel of Coal Township; and her sister Linda Koziol of Milton. She was also cherished by eight grandchildren; two great grandchildren.
