He was predeceased by: his parents, Park Napp and Sarah Napp (Bower); his siblings, William, Marlin Napp and Mary Poust; his son-in-law Ned "Butch" Keefer, Jr.; and his great grandchild James McGee.
He is survived by: his wife Helen Lilley; his children, George Napp, Sr. (Janet) of Milton, Donna Napp of Milton and Judy Keefer of New Columbia; his siblings, Robert Napp of Winfield and Shirley Herbster of Winfield; his grandchildren, George Napp, Jr., Dana Bruckhart, Amanda Fanning, Stacy Embeck, Brandy McGee and David Strassner; his great grandchildren, Alyssa Miller, Keefer McGee, Riley McGee, Allison Embeck, Olivia Manner, Jackson Manner and Luke Embeck; and his great great grandchildren, Remington Clayton and J. B. Miller.
