She was predeceased by: her parent Louis F.. She is survived by: her parent Annabel J. Brown (Manley); her spouse Ronald E. Carr; and her children, Max W. Carr of Edison, NJ, Robert W., Ann M. Merwede of Colorado Springs, CO, Harry F. Carr of Virginia Beach, VA and John J. Carr of Virginia Beach, VE. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren; and two great grandchildren.
