Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Carol Shurtz (Milton, Pennsylvania), born in Muncy, Pennsylvania, who passed away at the age of 75, on June 3, 2019. She was predeceased by: her sisters, Janet Lutcher and Barbara Demarest; and her parents, Ethel Nunn and Ransom Nunn. She is survived by: her husband Larry Shurtz; her daughter Crystal Lease (Brian); her grandchildren, Andrew, Abigail, Allison and Anthony; her children, Melanie Sundquist (Corey), Nicole and Nathan Buck; and her siblings, Patricia Muffly, Sandra Miller, Sharon Levering, Debra Fitzgerald, Thomas and David Nunn. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial donations be made in her honor to St. John's Evangelical Lutheran Church Memorial Fund, 70 South Mill Road, Potts Grove, PA 17865 and Zion Lutheran Church Benevolent Memorial Fund, 4301 Brownsville Road, Pittsburgh, PA 15236.
