He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur H., Sr. and Rebecca E. Webb (Huff); and his sisters, Debra Ann Webb, Mary Elizabeth Ranck and Susie F. Rachau.
He is survived by: his close friend Suzi Smith; his daughters, Melinda Bogden (Tim) of Montgomery and Anita Harvey; his grandchildren, Marcus Bogden, Tiffany Herb (Sean) and Breanna Newcoming (Kevin); his great grandchild Jareth Herb; and his sisters, Florence P. Zaczek (Ted) of Harrisburg, Linda L. Beachel (David) of Danville and Rebecca D. Koch (Donald) of Watsontown.
