He is survived by: his parent Joyce Derr (Poff); his wife Crystal Phillips; his daughter-in-law Corey Derr (Ashley) of Allenwood; his granddaughters, Emma, Leah and Madi; his stepdaughter Kristen Levy of Turbotville; his siblings, John Derr (Julie) of Muncy, James Derr (Penny) of Milton, Sue Bearce (Edward) of Milton and Robin Rice (George) of Montandon; and his mother-in-law JoAnn Phillips. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
