She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy B. Bower and Mary E. Bower (Hilkert); and her spouse Russell L. Leiby, Sr.. She is survived by: her children, Russell L. Leiby, Jr. (Betty Anne) of Williamsport and Cynthia A. Boyer of Milton; and her grandson Bill Boyer of Milton. She is also survived by four great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers memorial donations are requested to the First Presbyterian Church, 47 Walnut St. Milton PA 17847.
