He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter P. Fisher and Dorothy Fisher (Romig). He is survived by: his wife Roxanne V. Fisher (McTavish); his children, Crystal G. Fisher (Tim Brower) of Lewistown, Cory A. Fisher of Reedsville and Candace J. Renninger (Shane) of Decatur; his grandchildren, Jade Brower, Timothy J. Brower, Angel M. Fisher, Megan L. Renninger and Faith N. Renninger; and his sisters, Nancy Borys (Walter) of Lewistown, Barbara Dremann (Jeffrey) of Honey Brook, PA and Teresa Fink (Todd) of Milroy.
