He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Landis Edwin Wagner and Josephine Stella Elizabeth (Kearns); his fiancée Cindy Walker; his children, Richard Landis Wagner of Milroy, Matthew Lynne Wagner of Richmond and Megan Nicole Wagner of Richmond; and his siblings, Vivian L. Bonson and Robert Landis 'Bobby Wagner. He was also cherished by six grandchildren.
