He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert A. Fultz and Sarah M. Fultz (Hook); his wife Dawn J. Fultz (Shipe); and his brothers, Harold Fultz, Joseph Fultz and Richard Fultz.
He is survived by: his daughters, Delain Zewe (Stephen) of Lewistown, Debra Kelesky (Walter) of McClure, Donna Fultz-Luse (Tom) of Lewistown, Gail Fultz-Brown of Milroy and Ferrol Fultz of Milroy; his brothers, Dean Fultz of Milroy and Herbert Fultz of Milroy; and his sisters-in-law, Carmella Fultz of Milroy, Darlene Lauver of Glenwood, Faye Shipe of Glenwood and Dale Hetrick of Lewistown. He is also survived by seven grandchildren, seven great grandchildren, and one great great grandchild.
