She was predeceased by: her parents, George Fenstamaker and Helen Fenstamaker (Loubach); her husband William A. Artley, Sr.; and her son Larry Dean Meixel. She is survived by: her children, James Meixel (Diana) of Selinsgrove, Kim Meixel (Sandy) of New Hampshire, Scott Meixel (Erin) of Lewistown and Penny Reed (Tim) of Lewistown; and her siblings, Gary Fenstamaker (Eby) of Baltimore, MD., George Fenstamaker, Jr. (Maureen) of Jersey Shore, Terry Fenstamaker of Rauchtown and Deborah Confer (Ed) of Loganton. She is also survived by five grandchildren; and seven great grandchildren.
