She was predeceased by: her parents, Warren Corbin and Blanche Edna Marie Corbin (Bishop); her husband James A. Middaugh Sr.; her son James A. Middaugh Jr.; her stepchildren, Robert Kephart and Candy Kephart; and her siblings, Paul Bishop, Lea Moyer, William Corbin, Walter Corbin and Ralph Corbin.
She is survived by: her children, Janet Wilson (Percy) of Milroy, Jay Middaugh of Lewistown, Frank Middaugh of Burnham, Raymond Middaugh of Lewistown and Jesse Middaugh (Alysia) of Lewistown; her stepdaughter Annie Kephart (Carl Kohler) of Lewistown; her grandchildren, Stephanie Spence, Chelsea Benefiel, Christopher, Cole Middaugh, Trevor Middaugh, Lee Kohler, Rebecca Kohler, Danielle and Shauna Kephart; and her siblings, Robert Corbin of Lewistown and Rebecca Kauffman of Belleville.
