He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry A. Walter and Shelly Walter (Peffer); and his brother Harry L. Walter. He is survived by: his son Eric Walter (Michelle Cherry) of Lewistown; his grandchildren, Eden and Spencer Walter; and his siblings, Gary Walter (Teresa) of Milroy, John Walter of Milroy, Joyce Snook of Lewistown, Ruth Rhodes (Larry) of Reedsville and Robert Walter Sr. of Milroy. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
