She was predeceased by: her father Michael L. Boaz. She is survived by: her mother Kristy M. Rader (Snyder) of Enola; her husband Todd R. Kahley; her children, Olivia Patricia Lynn Farmer of Milroy, Noah Todd Kahley of Reedsville and Gaige Michael Kahley of Reedsville; and her brother Michael R. Boaz of Lewistown.
