He was predeceased by: his parents, Forrest R. Kerstetter and Claramae Kerstetter (Ranck); and his brother Barry Gene Kerstetter. He is survived by: his wife Joan M. Kerstetter (Lepley); his siblings, Bonnie Dalby of Reedsville, Walter Jim Kerstetter of Sunbury, Duane 'Tip' Kerstetter of Milroy, Mary Secrest of Mt. Union and Lorie Treaster of Yeagertown; and his mother-in-law Dorothy Lepley.
