We are sad to announce that on January 24, 2021, at the age of 71, Elsie Hicks of Milroy, Pennsylvania, born in Lewistown, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Harvey J. Sr. Dobson and Mina Dobson (Faust); and her brother Larry Dobson. She is survived by: her husband David R. Hicks; and her siblings, Pamela Peck (Kenneth) of Burnham, Harvey Dobson, Jr. (Lisa) of Yeagertown, George Dobson (Sheila) of McClure and Sonny Dobson (Jean) of Lewistown. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Due to current COVID-19 restrictions, services will be private and at the convenience of the family.
