He was predeceased by: his parents, Hugh B. Sieber and Catharine Sieber (Horning); his wife Rosalie Sieber (Guy); and his siblings, Claire Dorgeloh, Neil, William and Robert Sieber.
He is survived by: his children, Dianne Carroll, Ed Heath of Pittsburgh, Dennis Alan Sieber of State College, Mark A. Sieber (Susan) of Huntingdon, Joseph E. Sieber (Lori) of Dillsburg and David G. Sieber of Las Vegas; and his grandchildren, Jacob, Adeline and Vivian.
