He was predeceased by: his parents, Clair P. Lash, Sr. and Mary M. Lash (Hunter); his wife Suzanne F. Lash (Brown); and his daughter Meagan Sue Weaver (Lash). He is survived by: his sons, Jeremiah P. Lash (Leslie) of Mapleton Depot and Timothy P. Lash of Milroy; and his siblings, Patricia Mary Fultz (James) of McClure and Grover Cleveland Lash (Sally) of Milroy. He is also survived by five grandchildren.
