He is survived by: his daughters, Amy S. Phillips (Michael Petrillo) of Milroy and Lisa A. Yetter of Milroy; his sister Grace A. Fultz of Spring Mills; his grandchildren, Justin Phillips (Rashigh) and Brittany McClenahen (Kevin); and his great grandchildren, Everly, Rowan and Lenox.
