He was predeceased by: his parents, James S. Bowen and Midlred E. Bowen (Benner); and his brother James S. Bowen, Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Linda J. Bowen (Johnson); his son Bret A. Bowen of Elizabethtown; and his brothers, Richard L. Bowen (Sandy) of Port Royal and Dennis E. Bowen (Shirley) of Lewistown.
