She is survived by: her mother Carol Roudabush (Fordick); her grandparents, Samuel, Mary Fordick (Tisiarek), Harvey and Phyllis Roudabush (Townend); her uncles, Jim Sral Sr. and Bill Roudabush; her brother David Roudabush Jr. (Katlyn); her niece Harper Ann; her nephew Camden David; her pets, Hunter and Dukes; and her aunts and uncles, Rosie Sral, Bob Fordick (Joe), Frank, Helen Fordick, Sam, Carol Fordick, Bruce, Phyllis Horning and Al Roudabush. She is also survived by family members include her beloved Dad.
