He was predeceased by: his spouse Marlene E. "Vonschaven" Duffy. He is survived by: his children, John W. (Renee), James M. and Jeffrey R. Duffy (Karen); and his grandchildren, Michael Duffy, Jared Duffy, Breanne Duffy, Carly Duffy and Lauren Duffy.
