She is survived by: her children, Devon Demko (Cassidy) and Kylie Eagle Adoring; her parents, Bobbi Burt and Mark Demko; her siblings, Kayla Demko and Jamie Hartzell; her aunts and uncles, Thomas Jewell and Bonnie Clark; and her cousin Kellie Hyre. She is also survived by many friends Tammy loved all animals specifically her dogs and cats.
