He was predeceased by: his spouse Virginia M. "Boehmig" Funderlich; and his sibling Anna Brooks. He is survived by: his child Sharon Funderlich; and his siblings, Joseph Funderlich (Carol), Catherine Pipich, George Funderlich, Marie Price and Edward Funderlich. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
