She was predeceased by: her grandmother Janice Faye Cooper; her mother Charlene Turk; and her sibling Eddie Rico Turk. She is survived by: her father David Turk Sr.; her siblings, Charmaine Musser (Chris) and Dr. David R. Turk Jr. (Kelly); her nieces and nephews, Charissa, Chase, Hunter, Heaven Musser, June, Henry and Teddy Turk; and her uncles, Gary Cutenese (Jessica) and Edward Turk. She is also survived by many Aunts, Uncles, and Cousins.
