He is survived by: his mother Helga H. Rettig; his grandson Karl H.; his pet Moe; his wife Mary E. Burns-Rettig; his children, Nichole H. of Millvale, PA and Karl D. Rettig (Sylver) of Titusville, PA; his grandson Karl of Titusville; and his siblings, David L. Rettig (Heidi) of Harmony, PA and Denise C. Glevicky (Mark) of Millvale. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
