He is survived by: his parents, Timothy James Vernon, Sr. and Judy Myers; his siblings, Jonie Vernon, Tracey Luckey (David), Timothy James Vernon, Jr. (Savannah Andrews) and Jesse James Vernon (Jordan Liston); and his nieces and nephews, Jasmine, Abigal, David, Tyler, Luke, Brayden, Dodge and Gabby.
