She is survived by: her husband Anthony "Allen" Fazzari; her children, Amy Fazzari (Liz) of Maui, HI, Andrea Fazzari (Ron) of McMurray, PA and Aaron Fazzari (Kandi) of Houston, PA; her grandsons, David Fazzari (Carolyn) and Jackson Fazzari; and her siblings, Andy Retucci (Tracie), Michael Retucci and Margaret Ann Swaniger.
