He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Thomas and Anna Mae Thomas Lacks. He is survived by: his wife Brenda Louise Wade Lacks; his children, Dane Cole (Parniece) of Milsboro, Dennis Cole (Destiny Leonard) of Washington, Shane Cole (Brandi) of Bulger and LiTasha Lacks of Sharon; and his siblings, Henry Thomas Lacks Jr. (Rebecca) of Washington, Lawrence Lacks (Brenda Joyce) of Eighty Four, Darlene Mathis (Teddy) of Canonsburg and Brenda Lacks of Waynesburg. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
