He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Costley and Hilda Costley (Halsey); his stepfather Jesse Reese; and his brother Roger Costley. He is survived by: his brothers, Howard Costley (Bev) of Connecticut and Clarence Miles (Darla Sherwood) of Wellsville; his sister-in-law Kay Costley of Florida; and his great-nephew Denton Sherwood. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
