He is survived by: his children, Charlinda Collins (Elery Jon Walizer) of Pennsdale, Mary Fish (Kevin) of Knoxville and Keith Chapman of Mills; and his siblings, Sharon Johnson (John) of Aberdeen, WA and C. Lance Chapman (Linda) of Pendleton, OR. He is also survived by five grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren; a great-great-granddaughter.
