She was predeceased by: her uncles, Herbert Hanes, Harry Hanes and William Hanes; and her aunt Lois Hanes. She is survived by: her parents, Joseph E. Hanes and Judith A. Liepertz Hanes of Mills; her siblings, Kathleen O'Connor of Oak Park, IL and Joseph E. Hanes, Jr. of Torrington, CT; her uncle Robert Hanes of New Smyrna, FL; and her aunts, Harriett Arreola (Frank) of Magna, UT, Naomi Hanes of Sunderlinville, Miriam Lucy Hanes of Lawrenceville and Beverly Channey of Bradenton, FL.
