She was predeceased by: her parents, Stover Eugene and Mary R. Hess (Stover); her husband Roger Martin Shively; and her siblings, Ray, Wayne Hess, Ethel Wert and Opal Hollenbach.
She is survived by: her sons, Brad R. (Wanda J. Shively) and Brian R. (Barbara J. Shively); her grandchildren, Erika J., Travis J. (Allison) and Patricia J. Shively; and her great grandchildren, Gianna Viktoria, Kali Jo and Cooper John. She is also survived by her extended family and friends.
